I also apparently share pipes with my next door neighbor who was also suffering from slow drainage. Good morning, as you know the kitchen is the heart of the entire home, and when the sink is broken the home is broken. Your people responded in a great time period after I called several other places and no one was available. The service man, Dave came out and within 10 minutes had narrowed down the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. He had to go out for the part but within an hour he was finished and on his way.
